Intérêts de recherche :
- Identifier par l'étude de variants de la glutamyl-ARNt synthétase (GluRS) la fonction d'un motif conservé situé loin du site actif et les résidus qui interagissent avec le substrat glutamate.
- Tester les rôles de la GluRS et de l'AspRS de P. aeruginosa dans la biosynthèse des Gln-ARNt et Asn-ARNt.
